The Federal Ministry of Labor (FPS Employment, Labor and Social Dialogue) published an annual synthesis of case laws regarding violence and sexual or moral harassment at work. 226 rulings were rendered since 2003, 101 in 2007 only. (Ref. 080853)

This case law report is based on decisions rendered by labor courts of which the Ministry of Labor was informed thanks to these courts’ offices, in accordance with the census system established via the law of June 11, 2002 regarding the protection against violence and moral or sexual harassment at work. This document, updated on January 18, 2008, includes statistics and excerpts from these rulings sorted by theme. The Ministry brings criticism when the rendering is “too far from the legislator’
