While they adopted collective labor agreement (CCT) No. 95, the interprofessional Social Partners also revised the provisions regarding equal treatment in CCT No. 38 to extend it to all steps in the labor relationship. They also developed a code of conduct for employers and workers concerning the recruitment and selection policy to ensure that all applicants get equal opportunities. (Ref. 080818)
