In the interprofessional agreement of February 2, 2007, concluded for 2007-08, the social partners committed to sign a collective agreement regarding policies in terms of alcohol and drugs within the company, to give employers and workers a sense of responsibility, to regulate drug or narcotic use at work and to take preventive action. The social partners are expecting legal interventions before signing the text so it can be enforced on January 1, 2009. (Ref. 080905)
The social partners think that “preventive policies” in terms of alcohol and drugs should be developed in all businesses, respecting the principles defined by the new collective labor agreement (CCT). The text determines the minimum requirements preventive policies should meet.
