A study conducted in December by the Wallonian “Union of Companies” revealed that 14% of
companies are unable to find multilingual applicants on the job market. Wallony
has enacted a set of priorities for the future of the region (called the
Marshall Plan). This will include a “language-training voucher”, which is a new
