The management of the French food-processing group Bonduelle, the European union federation EFFAT and the members of the special negotiation group signed, on June 20, 2005, an agreement on the setting of an EWC. We are presenting below the agreement's main characteristics, also appearing as an attachment. (Ref. 070127)
The role attributed to the Bonduelle (5,833 employees) group’s EWC is to “organize dialogue,” to present “initiatives illustrating the group’s policy,” to “negotiate common opinions and action platforms notably concerning employment, training, security and working conditions, and the exercise of union rights.”
