On 10 May Brazil’s Senate house unanimously approved a bill that establishes new rules to access a specific hazardous work related retirement pension, amending the originally instituted Law No. 3,807, of 26 August 1960 , which was modified in the 2019 pension reform (Constitutional Amendment 103/19).
