On Friday, October 15th, in Sao Paulo, during an electoral meeting, the six key Brazilian union federations gathered around Dilma Rousseff and President Lula da Silva to bring their support to the Workers’ Party candidate, favorite for the presidential race. Mrs. Rousseff received the “Working Class Agenda” which contains the guidelines of the social policy recommended by the trade unions. The meeting brought together several thousand people, including the leaders of CUT, Força Sindical, CTB, Nova Central, UGT and CGTB, who gave the Workers’ Party candidate the document.
