The agreement on the creation of a European WC was signed, on April 3, 2007, in Prague, between the management and the special negotiations body, presided over by Lubomir Klosik – from the Czech energy union – and advised by the European union federation EPSU. The Czech group CEZ, which is as a majority owned by the State, employs 25,000 people in Bulgaria, Poland, Czech republic and Romania. It is expanding more towards the Balkans.
