The EPSU already signed European agreements but, until now, it managed negotiations on a case-by-case basis. But since this type of negotiation is increasing, the organization’s executive committee adopted, on November 9, a questioning document and a procedure listing the different steps for transnational bargaining which should, in a way, serve as general rules, which doesn’t rule out “case-by-case practice.” It is openly based on the procedure signed by the European Metalworkers’ Federation (EMF) in 2000, revised in 2006 (see attached file).
