Creation of a unified European Works Council at Stellantis
On 19 September, the management of the automotive group Stellantis, the Special Negotiating Body and the trade union organisation IndustriAll Europe signed an agreement in Amsterdam establishing a European Works Council (EWC). The new transnational information-consultation body, whose remit includes environmental concerns, will have 36 members representing almost 100,000 employees in 12 countries.
