French banking group Crédit Agricole has stepped up its commitment on social topics by signing a new global agreement with UNI Global Union, covering human rights, fundamental labour rights, trade union rights and the continuous improvement of social dialogue. The agreement signed on 9 October provides a framework for remote work, considers the impact of new technology and introduces 28 days of paternity leave.
Crédit Agricole and the international trade union federation UNI Global Union signed a new four-year global agreement on 9 October, providing a common social reference framework for the 75,000 employees in the 46 countries where the French banking group operates (74% in the European Union).
