French banking group Crédit Agricole has stepped up its commitment on social topics by signing a new global agreement with UNI Global Union, covering human rights, fundamental labour rights, trade union rights and the continuous improvement of social dialogue. The agreement signed on 9 October provides a framework for remote work, considers the impact of new technology and introduces 28 days of paternity leave.
