The Parliament recently adopted a reform of the Register of Foreign Service Providers, with which the labor inspectorate is able to sanction businesses that break the law. The Ministry of Finance has launched an information campaign on its new tax on “labor leasing” (arbejdsudleje) for Danish businesses that appeal to foreign workers who don’t live in Denmark. Finally, the Ministry of Transport has announced a series of measures against social dumping in the sector. (Ref. 130395)
After the law transposing the temporary work directive (see article No. 130360), the Parliament approved, on May 28, the reform of the Act on the Register of Foreign Service Providers (Registeret for Udenlandske Tjenesteydere RUT-registeret).
