Danish businesses are making more and more room for diversity, but this commitment can also be a burden for employees. This is the observation that came out of the annual report of the National Research Center, SFI, on businesses' social commitment, published in December. (Ref. 090031)

assess the implementation of diversity policies on the labor market and businesses’ social commitment, the
National Research Center (Det Nationale Forskningscenter for Velfærd :
SFI) has been mapping this commitment out for the Ministry of Labor every year
since 1999, gathering, in turn, businesses
