On October 8, Henrik Sass Larsen, the Minister for Business and Growth presented a draft law on employee investment companies (medarbejderinvesteringsselskab: MS), which allows businesses in need of development or modernization funds to establish companies where employees can provide part of their salaries as a source of finance. These types of companies, originated in the food industry will now be able to be set up by any business in any sector.
