Earlier this month, Labor Minister Mette Frederiksen, determined to see the number of workers affected by violence at work drop, presented three initiatives aiming to improve the psychological environment at work, including bringing the labor inspectorate's prerogatives in terms of psychological environment in line with the prerogatives that have been recognized in terms of physical environment. They also include increasing the budget dedicated to specific action for workers most exposed to violence. (Ref. 120493)
