According to a recent study, in spite of the important level of unionization in Denmark, one employee out of three is not covered by a collective agreement and four employees out of ten do not have any trade union representatives. Facing this assessment, trade unions decided to try to improve this coverage rate by going to uncovered companies. (Ref. 070795)
