Put before the Danish parliament on 07 October (c.f. article No. 9305), the law, which reviews and brings together in one legal text, standards for contract clauses (ansættelsesklausuler), was finally adopted by a large parliamentary majority on 10 December. Denmark: parliament approves law on contract clauses
On 10 December a large majority of Denmark’s parliament adopted a new law on contract clauses. The law bans non-poaching clauses and reviews the rules over using contract clauses that could hamper job mobility.
