Denmark: Parliament permanently adopts equal pay reform
The Parliament adopted the reform of the act that contains the obligation for businesses to issue pay statistics divided by gender. In addition to extending this obligation to all businesses with 10 workers or more with at least 3 men and 3 women with similar positions, it compels employers to give these statistics to employee representatives and, when they request it, to discuss them with the workers.
