On May 11th, the Danish Parliament adopted the reform of the posted foreign workers act. First affecting the building, agriculture, horticulture and forest industries, sectors where most violations of Danish law were observed, it will be enforced on June 1st. we detailed the act in dispatch No. 100291, and we are shortly recalling its key novelties here.
