Members from EADS' European works council agreed to adopt a code of conduct regarding the respect of the confidentiality of information the management gives the committee. The text was adopted by the select committee and will be attached to the EWC's constitutive agreement. (Ref. 070953)
“Keen to preserve mutual confidence without which there could be no social dialogue, the signatory parties of EADS N.V. European Works Council, have drawn up principles of good conduct to which attendees at full session or limited meetings of the EWC shall now conform.” The document which will be attached to the agreement on the EWC specifies the nature and form of information given to committee members.
