Since it was created in 1998, the construction and public works company has deliberately been promoting union representation within its EWC and is used to working with the EFBWW, which has a coordinator at the Bureau meetings and whose travel expenses are paid for by management. This MoU, the third renewal agreement since 1998, learns the following lessons from Directive 2009/38 on EWCs:
