ENGIE: latest EWC agreement put online

ENGIE's EWC agreement has undergone its second amendment since it was initially put in place following the Gaz de France | Suez merger (for more on the agreement itself c.f. article No. 090489).  This second revision seeks to insert more consistency between the working groups that the agreement initially intended for and those set up to monitor the implementation of the group's various European agreements as well as allowing for those elected to carry out 'missions' country-wide.

The agreement’s first revision in 2013 drew on the consequences of the Suez Environnement (currently Suez) and other subsidiary spin offs and for the then EWC (c.f. article No. 7763). This second revision signed on 22 June 2017 continues with a number of modifications and opened the way for a single consolidated text.
