The European Trade Union Liaison Committee on Tourism, ETLC – which gathers the EFFAT (European Federation of Food, Agriculture and Tourism trade unions), ETF (European Transport Workers’ Federation) and UNI Europa (services), and the corresponding Global Union Federations IUF, ITF and UNI – announced, on October 9, the launching of a European Trade Union Charter on Tourism. The Federations commit to “jointly” pursue a series of objectives in favor of sustainable tourism.
