After the letter the ETUC, BusinessEurope, the CEEP and the UEAPME (see our dispatch No. 080643) sent to Xavier Bertrand - French Minister of Labor and current President of the EU Employment and Social Affairs Council of Ministers - with the amendments negotiated for the draft revision of the EWC directive, the CEC (the confederation of European managers) expressed the amendments it would like to see introduced in order to ensure better representation of executives and managers within this structure.
