IndustriAll Europe, the European trade union federation for the sector, and SEA Europe, the matching employers’ association, reached an agreement for a joint statement on social standards after long discussions within the European sectoral social dialogue committee for the shipbuilding and ship maintenance industry. It was also the committee’s 10th birthday.
