In a joint declaration revealed at the tripartite social summit organized today, the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) for unions and BusinessEurope, the CEEP and the UEAPME for employers are asking that the European and national social partners be consulted and involved in the different steps of the economic coordination process – European governance –, which will have a major impact on employment and working conditions.
