EU: focus on the debate around the draft directive on the conditions of entry and residence of third-country nationals within the framework of an intr-corporate transfer

The dratf directive on the conditions of entry and residence of third-country nationals within the framework of an intra-corporate transfer was rather positively welcome within the negotiating group. This draft introduces a common, simpler procedure for the delivery of a single permit (residence/work) for senior executives, experts, graduate trainees (a person with a higher education qualification their group wants to transfer to one of its companies located in another EU Member State, see our dispatch No.  100571).  It also grants special rights making the status more appealing (family reunification, equal treatment…).
