On March 04, 2015, both the ETF and the ECR signed a declaration of intent and a work program for 2015. Both parties are hoping to simplify, improve, and make fairer, how social and transport legislation is applied so as to ensure over the long-term a fairer, safer road transport sector. Joining forces and working together should enable the set up of a common EU enforcement environment that will complement the common regulatory framework for road transport in the EU.
