On 18 November, the Council of the EU and the European Parliament reached an agreement on the regulation creating the so-called 'Talent Pool', a digital platform designed to ease recruitment in professions facing labour shortages. The platform will link job vacancies in EU member states with candidates from non-EU countries.
The agreement on the creation of the Talent Pool, a digital platform designed to support recruitment in sectors where member states face labour shortages, was struck on 18 November by negotiators from the European Parliament’s Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs and the Council.
