The EU will soon have new occupation exposure limits (OELs) set for thirteen chemical agents. On 11 July the EU Member States confirmed an agreement had been secured the previous week (28 June) between the EU Parliament and the EU Commission. Poland, the UK, and Croatia abstained with Poland and the UK clearly stating they were not in favor of any measures that went further than those put forward by the EU Commission.
