European social partners of the chemical industry, the European Mine, Chemical and Energy Workers Federation (EMCEF) on one side and the European Chemical Employers Group (ECEG) on the other, have released a joint statement concerning the draft REACH regulations. The draft REACH regulation is currently under second reading at the European Parliament.
