VET to the labor market. Launched in 2002, the
Copenhagen process for enhanced European cooperation in VET, is reviewed every
two years. After Maastricht in 2004, Helsinki in 2006, the representatives of
the EU-27 met in Bordeaux for a new evaluation. After this meeting, the
