This guide was developed by the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) to help employees' representatives "make the most of the new provisions in" Community Directive No. 2009/38 on EWCs. This 140-page guide is a legal commentary of the directive, one article at a time. The ETUC also published a flyer summarizing the key novelties of the new directive. (Ref. 100591)
