The MEPs of the European Parliament's Employment and Social Affairs Committee almost unanimously adopted, on September 22, 2008, the report of the socialist Jan Anderson on the lessons to learn from the Laval, Ruffert and Viking cases. MEPs want the European Commission to revise the directive on posted workers. (Ref. 080716)
