The economic context is driving the European sectoral union federation UNI-Europa Finance to improve its Strategy on Transnational Collective Bargaining at national level. For that purpose, it wants to improve its network of union representatives and facilitate exchange of information and cooperation between its member unions. Besides, it set up a procedure on bargaining and the validity of transnational agreements. (Ref. 090021)

Due to the recession, the European trade union of finance employees decided to
increase its capacity to coordinate national collective bargaining. UNI-Europa
