In order to face the increase of alcoholism and drug addiction that has been noticed by the occupational medecine, unions and managment have renewed their approach, introduced as more active. (Ref. 06385)

The previous recommandations had been made in the 70’s and are now outdated due to recent evolutions. Drug addiction has increased in Finland, even though it doesn’t reach the figures of the most affected European countries, and substances have changed. Alcoholism has dramaticaly increased during the last few months because of the lowering of taxes on alcohol that has been required due to the too important differential with close Estonia.
