Fayat Energie Services is a branch of the Fayat real estate group, France’s 4th largest real estate group, and it specialises in energy services, electrical engineering, climate control and digital systems. Since 2019, the company, which has 4,000 employees, has been using the Moodwork tool to support the company’s transformation project and better prevent psychosocial risks.
