On 9 September, temporary work agency Adecco France and representative trade unions signed a new open-ended agreement to support the recruitment and retention of temporary workers with disabilities. The deal seeks to foster a stronger disability-inclusive culture within the company, in particular by improving access to information on the subject.
Adecco France, which places more than 5,000 temporary workers with disabilities in jobs each year across its 900 agencies, plans to continue and step up its efforts in this area. The agreement signed on 9 September with all representative trade unions (CFTC, CFDT, CFE-CGC, FO and UNSA) for an open-ended period is intended to make the company more attractive to those concerned.
