All managerial and union organizations, except for the CFE-CGC, should sign the national interprofessional agreement on diversity within companies, an agreement that establishes an "enlarged committee on diversity" in firms with a work's council. (Ref. 061118)
The agreement on diversity, completed on October 12 of this year, should soon come into force, since the three employers organizations (Medef, CGPME, UPA) announced that they intended to sign it, as well as the CFDT, FO and the CFTC. The CGT, which will officially speak out on November 23 only, gave favorable notice.
