France: Axa receives diversity and inclusion prize for its programme for employees aged 50 and over
On 7 November, Axa France received a special award for diversity and inclusion (Grand Prix Diversité & Inclusion) for an initiative designed to raise awareness of age-related stereotypes. The award, created by diversity support consultancy AFL Diversity and start-up Mixity, under the patronage of the French Ministry for Equality between Men and Women, has been handed out since 2022 for innovative actions and systems put in place to encourage the inclusion of all types of diversity.
