Amid the ongoing economic crisis hitting France’s construction sector, social partners in the public works industry (350,000 employees) signed an agreement at the end of October enabling companies to access the long-term partial activity scheme. Under the agreement, seen by mind RH, the state will cover 60% of affected employees’ pay in return for commitments to safeguard jobs and provide vocational training.
