Tested during one year in seven employment areas, the “contract of professional transition” aims at facilitating the return to work of people fired for economic reasons by companies of less than 1000 employees. For a period of 12 months, this contract guarantees its recipients personalized assistance and an allowance. (Ref. 06399)
