Work-life balance and the quest for autonomy in the workplace are top priorities for French workers. These are the findings of this year’s annual Great Insights survey of over 4,000 employees, conducted by Great Place To Work France. Respondents are in favour of a four-day week (35%), flexible working hours (33%) and a flexible workplace (24%), and attach particular importance to quality of life at work (30%).
