Two decrees relating to the prevention of occupational marginalisation, dated 16 March 2022, have been published in the Official Journal and will come into force on 31 March 2022. These texts clarify new measures intended to promote the continued employment of staff suffering from a health problem which has resulted in a lengthy work absence, in application of the Occupational Health law of 02 August 2021.
