La Poste, France's largest employer of people with disabilities, has signed a new agreement on the matter with six trade unions: CGT, CFDT, Sud-PTT, FO, CFE-CGC/CFTC and UNSA-Postes. The group maintains all of its commitments in this area, reinforces the job retention component but reduces the level of investment allocated.
The percentage of La Poste employees with disabilities has grown from 6.75% to 8.66% over the space of three years. While the French postal service operator had nearly 40,000 fewer people in its workforce in 2021 than in 2018, the number of beneficiaries of the obligation to employ remained stable at 14,000.
