The document on retraining published by Medef is the result of the law of 24 October 2025, which transposes the national interprofessional agreement (ANI) on career transitions and retraining of 25 June 2025. Designed by the skills, training, and youth division of the main employers’ organisation, it is intended as a “decision-making and action support tool” for its 240,000 members, particularly very small and medium-sized enterprises.
