The major players of the public employment service (State, ANPE, Unedic) signed, on 5 May 2006, an agreement on the coordination of their actions. Two major aims: to simplify formalities for the unemployed, via the installation of a single file; and to reduce unemployment periods. (Réf. 06476)
A tripartite agreement was signed, last 5 May, between the major players of the employment: service : the State (which is responsible for the Employment Policy), ANPE (in charge of workers’ placement) and Unedic (in charge of unemployment compensation). The agreement organizes the coordination of actions within the public employment service. This is part of the law on social cohesion of 18 January 2005. Here are the main changes:
