A decree dated 14 April implements the so-called 'rebound' long-term partial activity scheme (activité partielle de longue durée rebond, APLD-R), provided for in France's 2025 budget to help companies facing a business decline to retain their talent. This is conditional on commitments by employers on employment and training.
