France: Safran SA increases remote work allowance

Since 1 January 2025, employees of Safran SA – an entity comprising 4,000 people in the aerospace group’s support and research functions – have been able to benefit from an additional day of teleworking per month. While the 2021 amendment to the 2018 agreement gave a choice between two formulas of four or eight days, the new text signed in June 2024 extends these allowances to five and nine days respectively. The amount of permitted occasional telework has also been increased from 12 to 15 days
