Tripartite conferences. The reform programme of the government features also the organisation of seven tripartite debates in order to achieve not only a shared diagnosis but as well concrete proposals and an implementation calendar. In addition to four conferences devoted to the public sector ( values, assignments and professional profiles of civil servants, purchasing power, social dialogue and career development), three others concerning the state, representatives of employers and unions wished by Nicolas Sarkozy, are programmed in October and November.
